Fair Use Policy

This Fair Use Policy applies to the BoostAR service, which allows users to create artwork, generate corresponding QR codes, and view the artwork in Augmented Reality. By subscribing to our package deal, which includes up to 3 artworks with unlimited views for a 12-month period at a cost of $2500.00, you agree to adhere to this Fair Use Policy.

Unlimited Views
Definition "Unlimited views" are intended for normal, fair, and reasonable use associated with standard artistic and personal or business promotional activities. This is subject to the condition that the usage does not impair the service experience of other customers or put an undue burden on the system resources of BoostAR.
Prohibited Uses
The following uses of the BoostAR service are explicitly prohibited and considered as unfair use:
Any reselling or commercial redistribution of the QR codes or the AR viewing functionality provided by BoostAR.
Using automated systems or software to extract or scrape data from the AR experiences for commercial purposes.
Manipulation or reverse engineering of the QR codes or AR technology to bypass system protections or to create derivative works not expressly authorised by BoostAR.
Monitoring and Enforcement
BoostAR reserves the right to monitor usage patterns to ensure compliance with this Fair Use Policy. If we determine that your usage exceeds reasonable limits, we may limit or suspend your access to the service. Additionally, we reserve the right to invoice you for excessive use or require you to upgrade to a higher-cost plan that aligns with your actual usage.
Changes to the Fair Use Policy
BoostAR reserves the right to make changes to this Fair Use Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Fair Use Policy periodically.
